Hi: Our company uses a remote support software package called Teamviewer which is accessible with Window-eyes. I work from home and, if I need to have a support person look into my computer, I can do this by just going to our Teamviewer website and giving the tech guys a special number which appears on my screen so that theye can take over my machine and do what they need to do.
