the technical answer is the same place as in other versions of windows.
They're in your window eyes profile directory, and there's a command button
in the dialog under the window eyes control panel, which lets you set your
window eyes profile, which will open this directory for you.

normally you don't need to know where this is; the install will put them in
the right dir, and the remove under add/remove packages will remove them
from there.

You probably know that the exact path to your user profile area changes from
xp to windows 7, and depends on your login, so it's easier to use the
command button in the WE control panel profiles dialog.
