John, the technical answer is the same place as in other versions of windows. They're in your window eyes profile directory, and there's a command button in the dialog under the window eyes control panel, which lets you set your window eyes profile, which will open this directory for you.
normally you don't need to know where this is; the install will put them in the right dir, and the remove under add/remove packages will remove them from there.
