Is there a script that list all the running programs that run in the 
background?  Something is really slowing down my computer. At times I can 
type an entire sentence in windows mail before window eyes catches up. I 
know there is task manager, but how does one know what all these programs 
do? I've ran system mechanic, eset full system scan and windows Defender and 
nothing comes up as a virus or a threat. By the way, could it be the window 
eyes beta? My system started slowing down about the same time as I 
downloaded the beta and installed it.
