You need a wireless headset. As for where to get it, not sure because the office bought mine for me.

Subject: How Can I Best Talk On Phone And Use Screen Reader At Same Time

Dear List:
I am applying to various customer service jobs. What do I need to get so that I don't have to cradle the phone between shoulder and head while typing on the keyboard listening to both the screen reader and the person talking on the phone? And, would you describe the solution and tell me where I can get such devices to talk, listen and type for extended periods of time? Thanks for your ideas.
