The common factors I've noticed when my computer hangs is that Outlook is open along with a message in rich text or HTML format and I am using IE 8 to browse pages. I may open an additional tab every now and then. When closing a tab or pressing alt+tab to get back into Outlook to send a message by pressing control+enter this is when I can expect a high probability of a system lock-up. Pressing control+shift+escape to end a task or process isn't getting me out of trouble. I have to do a hard shut down followed by a restart of the hardware. There is no error report being generated to help GW Micro with this issue.
