i had the same problem at first. i think it was just that there was alot of
traffic on the gw site. the next day i was able to send the error.

Hi all,
I haven't had any problem except when I was in Firefox I had a crash and
when I rebooted I was asked to submit an error report to GW Micro. I did so
with my comments but when I try to send the error report I get the error "error
report not responding and then the server times out after a few minutes. I
checked to see if my firewall was the problem and shut it off and still get the
same error.

If you have Outlook not automatically spell check on send does it stop this
problem?

Although I cannot consistently make my PC lock-up it is happening more
often since upgrading to WE 7.52. The common factors I've noticed when my
computer hangs is that Outlook is open along with a message in rich text or
HTML format and I am using IE 8 to browse pages. I may open an additional tab
every now and then.
When closing a tab or pressing alt+tab to get back into Outlook to send a
message by pressing control+enter this is when I can expect a high probability
of a system lock-up.
Pressing control+shift+escape to end a task or process isn't getting me out
of trouble. I have to do a hard shut down followed by a restart of the
hardware. There is no error report being generated to help GW Micro with this
issue.
