Are you still using Lotus Notes 4?  I didn't think that would even run under 
Windows 7, in fact it was 
my understanding that there are problems running any versions of Notes before 8 
with Windows 7.  

Are you certain that the problem is not with lines at the bottom or top of the 
Windows?  I do remember 
an issue where if a line was only partly visible that Window-Eyes could read it 
even though it was not 
completely visible and that confused Window-Eyes in terms of establishing which 
line was highlighted.  
Having the window resized so that the top and bottom of the window occurred 
between lines seemed to 
help.  However, if you are really using Lotus Notes 4, you might have to 
upgrade to get the problem 
resolved.
