Hi,
I totally agree with Vaughan's message.
I could add that my so-called "local" dealer is located in Austria, and
I live in France. Of course, he does not speak french so that we have to
communicate in english, which is a foreign language for both of us.
Going through the "local" dealer is more a problem than a help.
If I cannot anymore buy directly on-line updates on GW-Micro, I may reconsider
using Window-Eyes.
Pierre.
