I have recently upgraded from Office 2003 to Office 2010. I have saved a lot of files created in Word 2003. When I open these files in Word 2010, I can read them with the “read to end” command or even by screens but I can’t read by line or word. My wife tells me that the cursor will move using the down arrow but but Window-Eyes only sounds the error bell and does not read the next line. Is there some way of overcoming this problem?
