I noticed, what the Insert layout is doing, scripts the keys to act
like how Jaws and NVDA do things. The problem with this, is you can
still press ctrl-backslash, or ctrl-alt-arrow-keys, making the whole
experience confusing for new users.
I wonder, why not keep the layout as an app, however make sure that
all keys that be long to that layout only get priority, and disable
the ones from the original WE layouts themselves.
Hopefully ya get my idea.
