Don,
Vocalizer is an additional charge for all those upgrading to 8,
including SMA owners. Only brand new purchases of Window-Eyes will have
Vocalizer. Note pre 8, all copies had DECtalk and no Vocalizer. With
version 8, all copies come with Vocalizer and no DECtalk.
So new 8.0 users can purchase DECtalk and old Window-Eyes uses can
purchase Vocalizer.
Note the Vocalizer/DECtalk web page will be available in the next day or
two.
