Bob,
The .net framework 4.0 is required for the Outlook Enhance add-in to
function properly. Earlier versions will not work. If you continue to
experience problems after installing .net 4, please send us a diagnostic
report while Outlook is open with Control-Alt-Q so we can investigate
this issue further.
