Hi I also have this problem but on a windows 7 64 machine. I can't get it to work and have made sure that all the required components are installed. I have sent in a diagnostic to the gw team. I wonder what is wrong with my system? I find it very often while reading a message that we will just stop and not respond at all. I have to close the message and try again when reopening it to finish reading it. This may take a few tries to finish a message. I can almost always count on this happening when I open a message and hear WE announce custom control. I can lay odds that this message is not going to read the first time when that is announced.
Is this behavior related to the fact that the message virtualization is not working? Does this help indicate what may be happening?
