It us somewhat better with outlook 2010 then it was with 2007.
I do not think that we and outlook programs work especially well together.

I find it very often while reading a message that we will just stop and not
respond at all. I have to close the message and try again when reopening it
to finish reading it.
This may take a few tries to finish a message.
I can almost always count on this happening when I open a message and hear
WE announce custom control. I can lay odds that this message is not going to
read the first time when that is announced.
Is this behavior related to the fact that the message virtualization is not
working?
Does this help indicate what may be happening?

The .net framework 4.0 is required for the Outlook Enhance add-in to
function properly. Earlier versions will not work. If you continue to
experience problems after installing .net 4, please send us a diagnostic
report while Outlook is open with Control-Alt-Q so we can investigate
this issue further.
