After re-installing the Outlook Enhance app, which didn't work, tried re-installing Window-eyes which finally did it.

So, WE and Outlook and Office products in general are working great in a combination! One place is when autocomplete is used to fill I the address on an email I am sending It us somewhat better with outlook 2010 then it was with 2007. I do not think that we and outlook programs work especially well together.
