Does anyone know why my installation aborts on the upgrade of WE 8.3? I ordered the upgrade online, it read what I had 7.5.4, and sent me 8.3. I tried to download and the program says I can't download and need to abort. First they send it to the wrong address and now I can't download the software. Now what is the problem? Any thoughts?
