My understanding of this is that the problem has its origins within Microsoft itself, but in the end, as I odn't want to start a blame game, it does need to be resolved.
I generally regard Ie10 is more stable than the previous release, but web content seems to be more cluttered now than even 12 months ago, so site variables are significant.
