I purchased the English voices last night and received my order confirmation. 
However, I don’t see them under my authorizations, and I don’t see a new 
authorization file. Running the old file again didn’t help. I can’t activate 
any voices. I have tried uninstalling an reinstalling a voice but no go. I have 
written support about this but was wondering if anyone else has had this 
problem, so maybe I won’t need to wait till Monday for a fix. Yes, I am running 
WE8.4 with Windows 7 64-bit.
