Hi. If it weren't for Tom and Don's messages giving me a heads up, I wouldn't have known that only the American U.S. English voices were authorized. I had to call Gw Micro Thursday which is when I purchased the American English voices in order to have them authorized. Surely we should be able to authorize all English voices for the price. I guess you're right, Tom. Looks like we'll have to wait until Monday for Gw Micro to fix the issue. Heck, it'll be quicker to call Gw Micro, smile. Of course, Gw Micro tech support has been sent an e-mail, and I'm sure Tom's not the only one who sent an e-mail to tech support, smile.
