I just took the biased screen reader survey.  Window-Eyes didn't go out of
browse automatically, but once I pressed shift control a once, everything
worked perfectly.  I definitely left them a message about the obvious bias
they are showing against Window-Eyes.

I tried to do the survey today, but the questions showed up as text 
and not web controls at all.  You can't check a box or enter on a 
link or choose from a combo box.  I tried turning off browse mode and 
back on again, but no change.  As far as accessibility of this 
survey, it fails miserably.
