I took the plunge and installed Office 10, and Window-eyes for Office, last
Monday. It works just fine with everything on my computer. I purchased the
12-12 support plan, and have received Terrific help from the support team,
in getting my settings just the way I want them.

Yesterday, at a tech-user's meeting in NH, the Win-Eyes version that is

new computer with an acceptable version of Office on it, would I discover
that I
had no speech as soon as I brought up Wordpad or Notepad, or How about in
Windows Explorer!? This surely does not fit my first impression of this
Microsoft/GW offer. It wouldn't affect me; I'll probably always pay for
my
copy, because I like Win-Eyes, and believe in supporting the company
producing
it, but I'd like to know my facts when I open my mouth and put my foot in
it!
