Hi Bob, It is more than the mouse. After logging in, I can click on my personal information to check or change my user name or password. However I cannot find anything to start the tax return. I did get the first screen somehow, not sure now, when I left browse mode off, but after this, I was stuck. I am not finding anything to click on.
Just to clarify, are you saying that the WE mouse does not work at all in IE11? If this was brought up before, I missed it.
