Hi,
You can also use control-l in internet explorer. This way you don't forget, just condission yourself to use control-l in IE instead of control-o.

Hi Barbara,

Well, this is certainly good news. Glad I could help. smile

By the way, you know how you press Control-O in Internet Explorer to open a web page you want to type in? Well, just a little heads up about Firefox: you have to use Control-L instead of Control-O. I always forget. smile

All the best,

Rod

Hi Rod,

I tried Firefox this evening. Happy to report that this did work. I finished about 90% of my tax return. Thanks for the idea.

Hi Barbara,

I'm in Canada, and so I don't use this service, but I'm wwondering whether you might have a different experience using Mozilla Firefox rather than Internet Explorer.

I have used it for the past 2 years, but I ran into the problem

    Hello Everyone,

I have been using free tax software for a couple of years. I
logged in this morning to start my 2013 tax return. I ran into a
problem. I could not read the information. I found out by trial
and error, that if I turn browse mode off I could read the
fields, mostly. I did not have this issue in the past. Is there
a simple answer to resolve this? If not, I will find another
    software to use.

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Barbara
