Hi Rod,

I do not have much experience with that browser. I can try it perhaps.
Certainly an idea, but it is annoying since I did use IE last year.

Hi Barbara,

I'm in Canada, and so I don't use this service, but I'm wwondering whether
you might have a different experience using Mozilla Firefox rather than
Internet Explorer.

Rod

Yes that is the free online software. I am not using a MAC. I have Windows

I have used it for the past 2 years, but I ran into the problem this year.

Hello Everyone,

I have been using free tax software for a couple of years. I logged in this
morning to start my 2013 tax return. I ran into a problem. I could not
read the information. I found out by trial and error, that if I turn browse
mode off I could read the fields, mostly. I did not have this issue in the
past. Is there a simple answer to resolve this? If not, I will find
another software to use.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Barbara
