Hi,

The suggestion about using MSConfig is a good one. I looked at what's in the Startup tab, and am not sure what to disable. There are three items labeled "Intel Common User Interface", each with different filenames or registration keys, as well as "Intel USB Monitor", another "USB Monitor 3.0" item from Renesas Technologies, and iTunes Helper. I'll definitely do some research into all this before disabling anything, but just thought I'd let you know what I found.

Thanks.

Yours Sincerely,
