I'm not a mathematician and I was never good at math.  UEB would make math 
even more difficult if you have to re-learn math braille.  It doesn't make 
sense to me to use a two-cell symbol for the plus sign, dots 4,5 2,3,5, 
instead of one symbol.

I don't approve of taking away the ally and ation signs.  They're terminal 
signs, so they should pose no difficulty for the reader or the translator.
