The correct braille rule is as follows: The "was" is supposed to be
contracted even though it is presented after a capital sign. However, if
"was" had a quotation mark before it or any punctuation after it, then the
word is spelled out without any contraction. I hope this helps. All the

When that sentence is translated from ASCII, it comes out with:
dot six lower j
I thought that it should be a capital w.
If the former is correct, so be it. If the latter is right, we have a
translation error which needs to be reported to GW.
