Hi, Joe! I don't pound hard on the keys because my hands have a great deal of pain! This 1problem didn't 1become symptomatic until last week! I'm not hitting extra dots, I can guarrantee you that! Again, I have always had a light touch even with the braillewriter and would have to rewrite words on it! Smiles!
