Hi Joe,

I agree.  I'll be reading along in a word document, or be surfing the internet, 
writing an e-mail, and etc. and the BSP will lock up and freeze on me a lot.  
It's very frustrating, because then I have to find my place where I left off in 
my book again, or start the whole e-mail over again, or search for what I was 
surfing for again.  I wish Hims or GW Micro would solve this problem.  I know 
the BSP isn't a computer and just a PDA, but it shouldn't lock up and freeze 
all the time like it does.
