Sara, if we have exact steps and we can duplicate it, we can fix it. For
example, what kind of document are you reading? Are you reading with
Enter-G or with auto scroll? Are your voices on or off? Is the document
loaded from the flashdisk or SD card or USB stick, or CF card? So the
more details we have, the better. We had a person send us a sample
document and were able to reproduce a crash. Because of that, the fix
for this type of specific document is now in the new firmware so in case
others have a similar document, they will not experience the crash.
