Joe, as frustrating as this is, random ones are difficult to fix. There
are usually things which cause random freezes, whether it has to do with
a setting or whether it has to do with the types of files or pages being
viewed. We have done what we can to make things more stable over all,
but for your specific situations, if we can't reproduce them, we can't
fix them. My hope is that the new firmware will fix your random lock up
problems, but I can't guarantee this.
