Joe, we did start there actually. If you can give us specific steps on the causes of the freezing, we can investigate. Please be assured that freezes and lock up problems are fixed and this should go without saying. We haven't announced them as part of the teasers because I thought that it was a known thing that a new upgrade would address the lock ups we can find and reproduce.
