Hi, Crystal, I tried changing the extension to "brf" and got the same message, "unsupported format". Same with "txt". When I just type "test" without any file type extension, the machine seems to freeze up.
So still puzzled. Another teacher had this device for the previous school year and was learning how to use it, so perhaps she changed some settings. I don't know how to set the default file type or which one to choose as default. Can anyone help with this. I assumed that "brl" was the default, since that is the one that is there when the file has not yet been named. Thanks.
