Hi Diane,
Actually, I don't use a Braille Sense family. I'd say Mike and Don Bishop
would be the chief experts on this regard - I tend to specialize in general
OS things and on the other guys. Same is true on other lists - if you go to
my Facebook, you'll see my comment about it.
Cheers,
Joseph

I've been on a lot of sites, but haven't found anything I couldn't find
anything I couldn't handle. smile. Some people say they have had trouble
with some sites, but I don't know what sites. I don't do much shopping
on-line so you would have to talk to others about things like that. However,
the new upgrade has fixed a lot of problems for a lot of people.

I would say to ask Joseph Lee any questions you want answered for he is
quite knowledgable along with Mike Freeman and Colleen Roth. And, Raul from
GW Micro will give you good answers to your questions along with many other
people for I have only had my unit since December and are still learning
each day about things like the Schedule Manager last night which is
comparable to setting up appointments in Keysoft on the BrailleNote
products.

Hope this helps you out. I really like this small unit, myself. smile.
