Hi, This sort of thing will not be fixed by servicing it since it's a software problem. From what I can gather, it sounds like a RAM management problem - perhaps with corrupt memory locations. Try reflashing the 5.5 ROM image and see if this fixes it - hopefully the corrupt memory locations might be reinitialized. Cheers, Joseph
