I am shocked as well.
I really like working with the people at gw whenever I've had issues with my vs or syncbraille. How will we obtain batteries or other accessories for our units and how will we know when this office for hims is open? Will hims have a record of who has which products or does each person have to contact them with their info?

I'm shocked! I liked the tech support and list presence from GW Micro. I hope the lists will continue under the new system.

The good thing I see is we will be able to communicate directly with HIMS about our needs and wants for the Sense products.

I wonder where HIMS' new office will be located?

Again, I like working with GW Micro very much and I will miss their presence!
