I,too, was quite surprised about this development.  Don't know if I would have 
purchased the OnHand if I had known; but, on the other hand, I wouldn't have 
expected anyone to make us aware of such changes until the decisions had been 
finalized.  As for whether or not I'll keep my Sense note takers, guess I'll 
hold off on making that decision for a bit.  But, as with others, having the 
wonderful customer service and tech support of GW Micro, most certainly figured 
into my buying and selling process when it came to my note takers.  Also, 
according to this blind bargains post, guess this action wasn't totally 
unexpected by everyone:
