I still wonder how existing sense note taker users will find hims contact
info and purchase accessories?
Will everyone recieve an email or phone call?

I,too, was quite surprised about this development. Don't know if I would
have purchased the OnHand if I had known; but, on the other hand, I
wouldn't have expected anyone to make us aware of such changes until the
decisions had been finalized. As for whether or not I'll keep my Sense
note takers, guess I'll hold off on making that decision for a bit. But,
as with others, having the wonderful customer service and tech support of
GW Micro, most certainly figured into my buying and selling process when
it came to my note takers. Also, according to this blind bargains post,
guess this action wasn't totally unexpected by everyone:

I'm shocked! I liked the tech support and list presence from GW Micro. I
hope the lists will continue under the new system.
The good thing I see is we will be able to communicate directly with HIMS
about our needs and wants for the Sense products.
I wonder where HIMS' new office will be located?
Again, I like working with GW Micro very much and I will miss their
presence!
