I can't give specific replies to every email because some of your questions
can only be answered by HIMS. They have not given GW Micro specific answers
to many of these issues because it is their choice to open this new office
and operate it as they see fit.

Questions about warrantees however should be obvious. Manufactures are the
ones who back warrantees - not distributors - so warrantees will continue to
be honored as before. We don't have specific contact information for them
but I'm sure they will do their best to make their presence known through
email, web sites, etc. GW Micro is still providing support for a period of
time so you can ask us questions tomorrow or next week but they will be
taking on that role eventually.

Unless you are in Indiana, you probably purchased your products from one of
our dealers around the country. Those dealers may or may not continue to
sell the HIMS products. That is a question I cannot answer, but it would be
my guess that many will. This means that most of you will still have local
support. But again, I cannot give any specific info about this because we
are not part of that process.

Thank you again for your kind words.

Regards,
Dan

Partnership

I emailed sales and will probably hear from them tomorrow.
I think they were closed by the time I sent the message.
We'll find out in the coming days what's going on I guess.
