I use videos of the Tour, Vuelta and Giro. You can just spin along while
viewing, but you will be surprised how much faster you spin during sprints,
attacks, etc.

Subject: [Gyros: 16600] Training Video Suggestions

        All:

If this note doesn't interest you, my apologies for the spam.

Moving indoors, I've been looking for video content that motivates me
to ride the trainer. I've found "The Sufferfest" series and others, and while
a fair amount is geared toward intervals or some other high intensity workouts,
I'm also looking for material for those days when I just want to log some
saddle time - and my Netflix account does help some there I'm also not looking
for videos of some spin class (sorry Rick).

At any rate, I'm interested to hear what videos/motivational aids other
folks have found and either favor or have found to be effective for their
indoor workouts. Anyone care to share?

        Thanks,
        Mark
