Indoor training videos come from many subjects and formats. I have a set-up in
my "man-cave" that consists of 8 speakers/including subwoofer , 100 CD
/receiver , DVD , VHS , record player and a flat screen TV. With a choice of
over 500 movies and over 150 bike races (some races are up to 6 hours long) and
CD's I can be entertained very easily. I also like live sports (with the sound
off and the music cranking) and Turner Movie Classics channel.

Blackburn , Cyclops , Tacx and other indoor trainer manufacturers supply DVD's
workouts with their trainers. As long as you do the workouts you will get a
nice benefit from the workout.

Subject: [Gyros: 16600] Training Video Suggestions

All:

If this note doesn't interest you, my apologies for the spam.

Moving indoors, I've been looking for video content that motivates me to ride
the trainer. I've found "The Sufferfest" series and others, and while a fair
amount is geared toward intervals or some other high intensity workouts, I'm
also looking for material for those days when I just want to log some saddle
time - and my Netflix account does help some there I'm also not looking for
videos of some spin class (sorry Rick).

At any rate, I'm interested to hear what videos/motivational aids other folks
have found and either favor or have found to be effective for their indoor
workouts. Anyone care to share?

Thanks,
Mark
