For indoor I ace a computrainer and chasing down metal man over
various courses definitely keeps the focus in tact for longer trainer
efforts, in addition to watching the computer screen to make sure I am
not slacking and keeping up (watts, HR, cadence and my nemisis pacer
metal man) I like to watch any live sporting event (in addition to
bike races and tris, a 3 hour football game works well) or cycling
related movies like breaking away, the flying scottsman, American
flyers, etc........
