Why? I don't sell books before I get them in (although it is a common practice, and there is nothing wrong with it), nor do I get many complaints about late arrivals. I was merely trying to explain how the book industry works--which is about all you can expect from a post to people who know nothing about your order. There is no need to interpret _my_ repsonses as anger. I have nothing to do with either of these books.
