You might try calling, as someone suggested on here for my problem a while
back. The number is 1-800-201-7575, and I got through with no waiting. The
person I talked to was helpful, and upgraded my shipping to 2-day mail. Of
course I'm still a bit fussed at Amazon for being kind of underhanded, but
it was definitely worth calling--they never would have (hopefully) fixed the
problem if I hadn't.
