What's left is you! Have felt exactly as you describe more times than I can remember.
I'd suggest that you pick up all of the things that are making you feel this way (be it re-enactment clothing, costuming stuff, whatever), put it into a box, and put it in the back of your wardrobe, or a cupboard. Don't even look at it. Then look about for something else to fill the time - anything, from taking up acting, or charity work, or learning a new language, to training to climb K2!!! I guarantee that sooner or later you'll come back to your sewing and designing, (even if in a slightly different guise). Good luck, and I hope you feel much better soon.
