Another view of the same costume. It looks like something the Mongol
soldiers would wear. The hat however looks to be from some other period ...
Hollywood borrows from everywhere creatively at least. :)

This is being described in the promo literature as "asian inspired".
Anyone got a better idea what this embroidered coat is based on? That
looks like an embroidered seam line at the back of her shoulder, and an
underarm gusset. After that, I'm not sure.
