I don't think it's an issue of constantly posting NSFW links, I think it's the odd funny possibly NSFW link that someone finds the urge to post. Maybe it's just my freedom-loving libertarian side, but that shoudln't be totally forbidden. As with everything, it's about finding that fine line, not going extremely to one side or the other.
As long as it's not oppressive and you label things as NSFW so I know not to click them, I'm happy. But then that gets back to the general common-sense rules I was advocating to start with.
