Of course it should be forbidden!  You don't let people come and hang 
whichever photos they want, pornographic or otherwise in bad taste, in 
the lobby of your company.  #habari is our virtual lobby - There should 
be rules of conduct.

While we would not discourage any specific non-Habari discussion, topics 
considered by channel operators to be abusive or disruptive to the tenor 
of the channel or the image of Habari as portrayed in this gathering 
place for its community will be asked to find a home elsewhere.
