Hi Tom,

great job you guys with Hanoi and Sapa (maybe more others too). One of the
requisites to apply for the donated GPS from OSM is to have a user account
that has edited many times in OSM, I guess that you guys, have one, would
you mind to apply for it and donate to HCMC group?

I'm not currently in Vietnam but  I know the HCMC community very well and I
also the person most interested to do this kind of job of tracking with the
GPS to be uploaded later to OSM.
