overmodulated, but English content could be recognized easily so far.
At 2134 UT were back on air, long lasting newscast could be heard.
2144 UT Arabic music orchestra played in Egyptian style.
16 kHz wideband audio, but broader 10 kHz on lower sideband,
though 6 kHz on upper side flank.

EGYPT Both 9569.997 and 9604.592 were switched OFF exact at 20.00 UT.
R Cairo in French at 2003 UT heard a very low modulated signal on
9894.579 kHz. S=9+35dB powerhouse here in southern Germany.
Flute and drums traditional Arabic orchestra performed.
22 kHz wideband signal seen on Perseus software screen.

Now at 1949 UT Russian 9604.592 kHz is much better stronger modulated,
little scratchy sound,
but on 'understandable' level.
German sce on 9569.997 kHz is still under-modulated at 1951 UT.
